Optical Wheel Mouse in WIN XP

The wheel mouse function doesn't work in Visual Basic V5 editor in
either XP Pro or XP Home. Is there a fix for this?

It will work fine - you have to install the intellimouse software that
came with the mouse. You do have the CD, right? If you "lost" it,
you can also download it from MS for free.
