Opinion: TS over Internet

R

Rob

I am having trouble with a company who provides its
services with Terminal server accross the internet. Our
site connects on average 20 users to a remote TS box using
the standard remote desktop client. We have a full T1 to
the internet, however, the connections are unreliable. Is
this a normal TS solution? What can I do to check and
improve performance? Opinions of all type are welcome.

KeepAlive settings will help. TCPMaxDataRetransmissions and so on.
Just do a search on google for these registry settings.
