Operation Failed when starting Outlook 2000

I just iinstalled Win2k Pro, and now when I open Outlook
2000, it shows "the operation failed"
 
I assume you upgraded from another OS ? Sometimes you need to reinstall the
applications for them to work correctly.

Did you ever figure out the cause and fix for your issue...? I'
