stable release and replaces OpenOffice.org 1.1.3. OpenOffice.org 1.1.4
is free for all to use and distribute. For versions in your language,
check with your native-language project.

The release includes many bug fixes but no new features; the release

Is it just me, or?
Not one of the download links for the windows version work - "Can't
change directory" - "No such file" and so forth....
