Opening Windows

I am having trouble with opening links which open in
another page. For example my internet banking, when I
select 'log on' nothing happens. Usually another window
opens and I go from there. I have cleared my temporary
internet files and re-installed Internet Explorer 6 but
am still having this problem. Can anyone help?

I've been having this prob for about 4 weeks now & it was affecting almost every webpage I went to

I did what you suggested & it worked!

My question is this...what caused this? I want to avoid doing something that re-creates the problem. People have said it is those those Pop-up blockers. I was using the one from Yahoo companion.
