Opening Webmail/Mail Attatchments Errors

A user in my office cannot open webmail attatchments. She
gets an error when the file tries to save to the temp
folder when she wants to view the attachment. She can
save the file and it will open after it is saved. But if
she wants to view the file, she gets an error. Do you
know what could be causing this?

Probable cause is a built-in protection. To fix, go to
Tools>Options>Security tab and uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved
or opened that could potentially be a virus."
