Opening View of Database

When opening my databases I use the Autoexec
to open a form, similar to a switchboard. The
screen shows a partially minimized database
in the background for a few seconds. Then, my
form shows up.

Is there a way to have the form open
immediately and not show the background?

You can uncheck the checkbox that is part of the startup (you don't mention
which version, so I'm not sure where to send you) that controls whether the
database window is shown.
