Opening up MS Outlook rather than Outlook Express

I have email addresses in my excel sheet and when I click
on them they open up an email in Outlook Express. How do
I get it to open up in MS Outlook?

Go to your Control Panel/Internet Options/Programs tab and set your program
there.
