Opening the modem ?

Hi,

I use Excel 97 and Windows 2000.

Is there any way with VBA (Excel 97) I could have my modem dial the
numbers to transfer my home phone to my cell phone.

Before, I could do that just with a small DOS batch file. Not any more.
I am not able to open a Com: with the Win2K DOS.
