Opening Shared workbooks hang Excel

I have one user who when opening a specific shared
workbook causes Excel to hang (not responding). The user
can open other shared workbooks and the file itself can be
opened by other users. Any help would be appreciated.
(Excel 2000 on Windows 2000 Pro workstations. File
resides on W2K Server).
