Opening Publisher files

A friend created some pages in Publisher that I'd like to add to our web
site. Even after importing them however, if I double click on them to
display/edit them in Frontpage, Publisher launches! How do I open up this
Publisher file(s) in Frontpage and have them converted to a Frontpage file?

Best thing is to redo the pages in FP as Publisher bloats
out the html
What you can do is edit out the references to publisher in
the meta tags

Do everything you can to not use Publisher files as web pages! Do as Mike
suggests!

In FP in Tools Options Startup unselect the last 2 "Check if..." options
- agree w/ others the Publisher pages are best redone in FP
