I made a powerpoint slideshow with backgroung music. It works fine on my hard
drive. I burned it onto a CD alon with the sound files but I can't get it to
open from the CD. This is a major problem as I was planning to present it
using someone else's computer.

HELP!

What version of PowerPoint did you use?

Did you try using the Package for CD or the Pack and GO feature?

I can't access your tutorial. Also every time I try to open Powerpoint it
gives me an error message that the disc isn't in the drive.

I have Powerpoint 2003. I tried Package for CD but the Powerpoint Player
wouldn't open when I tried to play the cd..

The link is available for me. Do you get an error message? What browser are
you using?

You have PowerPoint 2003 so you don't need PowerLink Plus. Use Package for CD
but choose "Package to Folder" and then copy the **CONTENTS** of the folder to
the CD. When complete, make sure that the autorun.inf file is in the root
directory of the CD.

I got around the problem by just copying my slide show from the cd to the
hard drive of the other computer. I would like to save your instructions to
burn cd's for those who don't have PP. How do I print just the discussion
thread?
