I use WindowsXP and Outlook Express 6.0 e-mail. When I
receive an e-mail sent in the PowerPoint format, I cannot
open it. Is there a download that will allow me to open
this e-mail, short of getting the entire PowerPoint
program?

The PowerPoint 2003 Viewer lets you view full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions.

Yes, Microsoft provides the PowerPoint viewer. Start at
wwww.microsoft.com/powerpoint to find it in their downloads for PowerPoint.

You can also use the free OpenOffice suite, at www.openoffice.org

Alex,
You need to add the 2003 viewer to your downloads.

THanks - I didn't know it was out. Hopefully there will also be updates
for the Word and Excel viewers too.

May be easier to go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en&categoryid=9
The general Office downloads page, and look for it in the next 45
rather than relying on that long link staying constant
