Opening photos

Trying to open my photos automatically w/Photoshop, it opens up the program
Photoshop but then no picture appears ?? What am I doing wrong? Many thanks

Can you open the exact same files in other editors?
What format are these images saved in? Maybe the
Adobe PhotoShop Support site could offer some ideas.

Yes, I have tried two other programs and they do open w/those
programs. They are all jpeg images, will try the adobe site you
forwarded, thanks!
