Opening Pages

Whenever I click a link that opens a new web page or a java applet, or
anything like that, a new window opens and nothing happens. If it is a page,
on the new window I can press stop and refresh and it will come up. I am
powerless when an applet comes up, or one of those smaller windowns without
the tool bars.

I'd appreciate any help with this.

First, disable all pop-up stoppers you may have installed. If that does not help,
