Opening other user's folders

Outlook 2003 - When a user clicks File - Open - Other User's folders and
choose the mailbox they want it doesn't open in a separate window like
Outlook 2000 and XP did. Where's the setting for this?

There is no such setting. If you want to see a calendar in a separate window, after you open it in the multi-calendar viewer, uncheck the box next to that calendar name. Then right-click the calendar name and choose Open in New Window.
