opening new windows

How do you set IE up so when you click on open in a new
window the new window opens minimized. I want to open
stuff in a new window but not have to click on the
origional to get back to it.
 
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
