Opening New Windows Just Smaller than Maximum Size

I have my computer set to remember old window settings.
Every couple days when I open any shortcut (or even a new
IE browser window), the window is opened to a size just a
fraction of the size smaller than the maximized size.

I have to click the Maximize button to get the actual
maximum window size. This gets annoying. Anyone know why
this occurs?

Beleive it or not this is a feature of windows. you cant
set them to open maximized. all you can do is download a
third party program to do it for you. search download.com
to find one.

Hi,

Don't use Maximize, stretch the window out with the double arrows then use,
File/Close or Exit.
