Opening new windows in 'net Explorer pop up blank

I upgraded my old W98 to XP, now when I click on
a highlited or underlined action work and expect a pop-up
window to appear on my screen (like a help screen view or
print view), I only get a blank Windows screen. If you
have ever found a site that provides a "Printable format"
feature or icon, this new view or window just shows up
white.

Can anyone help?

Close all open IE windows, the click Start, Run and enter REGSVR32
URLMON.DLL If that doesn't correct the issue, go to Tools, Internet Options
(in IE), go to Programs and click Reset Web Settings.
