This is driving me crazy and I can't find the setting to change it. At one time I was able to highlight multiple .jpgs and open all of them in one Internet Explorer window. Now, I can't...Can someone please let me know what I need to do??

In what way are you unable to do it now? Do you get an error? What steps
are you taking to open them? What is not happening that you expect to
happen?

Okay here goes. I installed a graphics program and ever since then I can't open multiple images in one Internet Explorer window. The images open fine but in their own window. I would like them to all open in the same window. No errors or anything occurs... which leads me to believe that it is a setting somewhere.

Are you talking about when you select multiple images and open them, the way
that you can navigate from one to the next in by going back/forward? What
program is registered to open jpgs (or whatever image type you're trying to
use)? What program do the images open in? What happens if you right click
on the and do Open With...---Internet Explorer?

I was able to duplicate this behavior by changing the action of the Open
command from:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome

to

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

I don't know that this would be the only thing that would cause it though,
but check that.

1. Yes the way that I can navigate through the images using the Back and Forward buttons
2. IEXPLORE.EXE is registered to open the jpgs
3. If I right click and ..Open With..the images all open in separate
Internet Explorer windows. I would like to have them all open in one window
so I can navigate through them using the Back and Forward buttons.
I know it is a setting somewhere because when I created a new profile (
I'm using Windows 2000 ) all of the images open in one window allowing me to
use the Back and Forward buttons in IE
