Opening Links

I want to open a new browser everytime I click on a link on my toolbar. How
do I do this?
 
Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab.
Under Browsing, select Reuse Windows for launching shortcuts.

Or Right click on the link and select Open in new Windows.
