opening jpgs in outlook with new group policy

I've set a group policy to run only allowed windows applications within
my domain all users have been assigned this policy. In the allowed
application list in my policy on my domain controller I have included
outlook.exe and a paint.exe. The problem is since I've creted this
policy users cannot open jpgs when clicking the attachment in outlook.
If the user saves the jpg attachment then locates it on their hard
drive they are then able to open it but not by double clicking it
within outlook. Is their an aplications that I must allow to run by
listing it in the policy that open jpgs within outlook. Any help on
this would be appreciated. I have looked all over the net and have not
seen anything related.

Thanks

I would set windows fax and picture views in the policy - otherwise you'll
need to change the file associations to open jog with paint. That advantage
to using the picture viewer is speed - it's fast - and they are opened read
only, so no accidental editing.
