opening information from websites

when I try to open info I get a ( windows cannot find C:\documents and
settings\technoA1580L000055320\local settings\temporary internet files

If that's a No, then I would say that the Web-site that you have gone to is
assuming that the folder to use to create the Temporary information is hard
coded to use that path.

See if this happens on other web-sites. How do you get this Open Info.
From what application and how do you do it?

I'm currently trying to open a pdf file and it does happen on other web
sites. The wouldn't open response comes from windows

Always when you try to open a PDF file? If so, it maybe something that is
configured for the application opening the PDF file. What app is registered
to handle that? Acrobat Reader? Version ?
