opening files in programs

I clicked on the wrong program when I was trying to open
a file on the internet. How do I change the program that
it opens with now? It won't allow me to choose another
program.

hold your shift key and right-click on the file type. Select 'Open with'
from the menu and check the box 'Always use...' at the bottom of the dialog
box.
