Opening 'Explore' from the Start menu

Using XPHome... When i back-click Start and go into Explore, it always opens
in the Start Menu. Can this be changed to open in 'My Computer"? I have a
friend whose Explore opens way down in his file structure and it is driving
him nuts.

Choosing Explore by right clicking on the Start button is telling the
interface that you want to explore the contents of the start menu. If you
want to start at My Computer then click on Start and then My Computer.

Create a shortcut for explorer.exe in Quick Lauch. For any other place, you
have My Computer item.
