Opening Excel files in Internet Explorer

Hi!

Where should I beging to trouble shoot if my problem is
that on one computer an Excel files isn't loaded (no
error messages) in Internet Explorer but works just fine
on another computer? Both machines have the same
configurationsettings in the browser and have the same
version of Office...

Hi Mattias!

Most likely fix for this problem is from within Excel:

Tools > Options > General

Uncheck "Ignore other Applications"

OK


Close Excel and try again

It is imperative that the patches provided by Microsoft in its April
Security Release be applied to Systems as soon as possible. The threat
of worms / viruses that exploit vulnerabilities addressed by these
patches is now high.
