hi
this problem started after i downloaded the KB912945 update on march 7.
after typing in my name and password in a couple of web pages i use i get
an "application security signature" box pop up and i click "run".(this popup
up box happened before the update too)
as soon as i do this my browser shuts down and i get an icon on my desktop.
it is a notepad icon. after clicking on it a window pops up with a
"hs_err_pid7896" error. the first few lines read "An unexpected error has
been detected by HotSpot Virtual Machine:
#
# EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x6d0d1dda, pid=7896,
tid=7092
#
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (1.5.0_06-b05 mixed mode, sharing)
# Problematic frame:
# C [awt.dll+0xd1dda]
then its follwed by a long thread,any idea whats happening?? please let me
