Opening attachments in Outlook Express

I am unable to open attachments in Outlook Express. I was able to before but
now cannot.
I am using Windows XP and have installed Service Pack 2 and don't know if
Service Pack 2 has anything do to with that but am hoping that someone can
help me.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
