Attachments in Outlook 2007

While trying to attach any type of file in an Outlook 2007 mail, getting an
error "unable to find message window". Outlook 2007 is residing on Win XP
Service Pack 2 operating system.
 
By what method of attaching? There are many ways. Done a repair on Office
already?
 
Hi,

I am trying to attach a file in the normal way. Clicking on " Attach file"
icon in the "Include" ribbon. Once i do this, i get the below mentioned error
message

Try another "normal" method: copy / paste or click&drag the files into the
message...
