opening a url

Using Win XP/OE6
How do I open a URL listed within a NG posting?
This example from 24hr support 'http://www.bootdisk.com/'.
When I click on this url it does not open - none of them
do although I'm sure that in previous attempts have opened.
Somehow, somewhere I clicked or opened something to
cause this but I have no idea what or where.
This problem does not arise within IE6, all is OK there.
Can someone help?

and see if it helps. Please copy and paste it... since your links don't seem
to work.

Hi

Close OE, then type the following into Start>Run:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Please note the space between the 2 and u.

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...'.

Try the URLs again then.
