Opening 2007 files

When I open Excel files that I created in the 2003 version then converted to
..xlsx, nothing appears in Excel until I click on the ribbon.
Any idea of what could be causing this behavior?
 
No idea.

But you're not alone. Lots of people have posted similar messages and all hope
the problem goes away with the next update.
