opened ports and IP address

While trying to open some ports in my Firewall to play online, I found many ports already accessable to various IP addresses, and I didn't open or knowingly authorise them. Any ideas how this happened

When changing Service settings on the Firewall, you are asked to type the name or IP address of the computer hosting this service on your network. I have just 1 computer with no home network. Am I supposed to type my own IP, or that of the service which I want to allow access to my computer

How do I find my or anyone else's IP address? I have had numerous emails saying organisations have received password requests from me (which is true) but citing various IP addresses, all supposedly mine

Any help much appreciate

What firewall? Block all inbound ports by default and open up only those you
absolutely need.
