Open with Dreamweaver MX 2004

I am using Windows XP home edition Spanish and try to make it clear that I
want to open HTM and HMTL files with Dreamweaver. It is not in the "Open
with..." submenu. Why I don't know. No problem I think, I can customize
this. I try it with "Choose program...." (or whatever it is called in
English) and again I don't see Dreamweaver in the list of "Other programs".
No problem, I think, I can customize this. I try it with the "Search..."
button in the same dialogue box. I navigate the Dreamweaver program, click
accept and tack the option that I always want to open it with that program,
but.....

Dreamweaver doesn't appear in the list of other programs now and still IE is
selected. Accepting it will not change a thing. Weird, I thought XP was so
easy to use?! What now? Put a help message in a newsgroup, may be someone
else knows better.

"> In the 'Open With' dialog, select the 'Browse' button, located at the
bottom
left corner of the dialog. In the resulting dialog that appears, browse
over to your DreamWeaver's executable file (path to the file probably looks
like "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\DreamWeaver MX 2004").
Unfortunately that is what I tried and why I posted the message. I browse to
DW and it still opens in IE.
If this does not work, then try the following to set DreamWeaver as your
default HTML editor:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/dreamweaver/ts/documents/ie_default_editor.htm

These are instructions to Edit with DW directly from IE, not to set it as
default HTML
editor.
