FrontPage and Dreamweaver compatibility

I am fairly new to these programs and am currently using the trial version of
Dreamweaver CS3. However, having used FrontPage previously, I plan on
purchasing FrontPage 2003. My quesion is, if create my site now in
Dreamweaver, will I be able to edit, etc. my Dreamweaver files in FrontPage?

Yes both will allow you to edit HTML files - but I would have to ask why buy
FrontPage when Expression Web would probably be better if you are looking for
a WYSIWYG editor

Download the free 60-day trial, and try it out (for Expression Web). It
will also create HTML pages.

I agree with Corey, and add to that the fact that EW is much closer to
Dreamweaver's capabilities as far as writing modern HTML than FP is. Not to
mention the fact you can upgrade to EW from any version of FP for about $90

Hope this helps,
