SP2- Dreamweaver conflict

I created a website with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX that has pop-up windows
( e.g. click on a thumbnail jpeg and a larger one will appear). After
installation of SP2, when previewing the website file in Dreamweaver using
IE as the browser. the IE Information Bar appears with each pop-up and the
message "IE has restricted this file from showing certain content that could
access your computer".

I am afforded the option of "Allow blocked content" but this procedure must
be followed for each pop-up in my website. I have "Turn(ed) off pop-up
blocker" on the IE Tools menu and unchecked "Show Information Bar when
pop-up is blocked" on the settings in the IE Tools menu, all to no avail.
The restriction message continues to appear but only when accessing the file
through Dreamweaver. Setting the site as an allowed site solves the problem
when accessing the page on the internet directly, but not when accessing the
site through Dreamweaver.

It sounds like you would be best served by changing your site's coding.
Here are a few links to information about changes made in SP2 that are
a bit more technical:
