the ??? is always asked...why does the link or second window always open
reduced...how/ where is an adjustment made to command FULL screen secondary
window openings...thank you....

In some programmes dragging the corners to the desired size and then
closing the window using the button with a white X in a red button at the
top right of the screen. However, this is not a solution for every
programme.
