Open Window Keeps going light blue

To anyone,
When I have a window open in any program, it will go to a light blue color
and I have to click on it to make anything work in that window. Any ideas
why this is occurring.

Any ideas why this is occurring.

My guess is that your other open applications are taxing out video memory
and RAM, but I suspect you'd get a better guess if you posted your question
in a Windows newsgroup. This one is dedicated to Microsoft Access
databases.
