Open web problem in FrontPage 2002 on windows 98

I am getting this error when I try and connect to http://wdss.lkdsb.net this
is what the error message says The folder http://wdss.lkdsb.net isn't
accessible. the folder may be located in an unavailable location, protected
with a password, or the filename contains a / or \. that error come up before
the username and password. I have also went on anther windows 98 se That has
FrontPage 2002 and I get the same error message. I have tried reinstalling
FrontPage 2002 and I sill get the same message. I have FrontPage 2002
installed on windows 2000 and I don't get that error. How can I fix the
problem?

Your problem is your host (or DNS) has not mapped
http://www.wdss.lkdsb.net/ (cannot find server)
- usually required for FP
Ask them to do it or open the site using the IP address
