open problems

when hotmail try to bring my messages I always receive this error ' Internet
explorere can not open this site.
Operation apported.
i can enter my hotmail account but when i try to that page i always receve
this mesdsage.
 
think you have to sign in, if you use internet explorer
and not msn explorer.
