Open outlook in Hotmail inbox

Is there any way to open Outlook in the Hotmail inbox as oposed to the
standard POP inbox. I cannot see anything under tools>options>other>advanced
options.

you'll need to use a command line shortcut. show the web toolbar to get the
correct folder name from the address bar - it will look osmething like this:

"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Outlook.exe" /select
outlook:\\Mailbox - (e-mail address removed)\
