Open new windows in IE

HI,

When I try to open a link in a new windows using the open in new window tab
when right click the link. A new IE opens up but nothing appears in the
browser. The address bar is empty and I had to click stop then the URL would
show up in the address bar and click reload before the page will load. It's
the same problem when the link I click is tring to open in a new window as
well.

Does anyone know how can I fix this? Thanks.
