Open new window when link clicked

How do I open a brand new window in Explorer when I click
on a link? Right now Explorer "overwrites" the previous
window with the new web site. Thanks

If you are talking about Internet Explorer, its the property of the link
that needs to be set when coding the webpage. However, you can overwrite it
by pressing 'Shift' key while clicking the link which will open it in a new
window.
