Hi Mooooosquis
Thanks but your answer don't work me.

I want open an jpeg image in a new instance of internet explorer,
not in one of the instances than i have at this moment
I'm sorry but I'm not sure then exactly what you are looking to do.
Do you want to open a graphic/image attachment, such as a jpeg,
that you receive in an e-mail into a new Internet 'browser'
window. Or do you mean a new window in your e-mail/news reader,
such as Outlook Express?
What version of Windows and IE are you running?

Hi Mooooosquis
Try the following and see if it helps:
Open Multiple Windows In IE
To keep more than one browser window open at a time, click File
in the main menu, select New, then Window. To close a browser
window, click the X in the top right-hand corner or select Close
from the File menu. You can also open a new browser window with
Ctrl+N.

You may have a program running which is blocking pop-up windows-
something like Yahoo Companion, Google toolbar, a firewall,
Earthlink (or another) pop-up blocker, etc. You'll have to
uninstall the program or turn off the feature that's blocking new
windows.
With some programs of this type, using Ctrl+click or Shift+click
will allow a new window.
