Open in New Window

Recently, when I use the "Open in New Window" command, the
window shows only as a small bar in various locations on
the screen. I must then find the bar and maximize the
window to read it.

Any suggestion to allow me to view a larger window with
this option.

I had this ability previously, what happened that I lost
it.

Open IE. open up a webpage that has links. With the shift
key pressed, click on a link. Resize (don't click the
maximize button) the popup window to the size you want new
windows to be. Then close the popup window. Now when you
open a new window it should open to the size that you set
previously.

This will not work if you have some browser tools that
disable this feature.
