"Open in New Window" is not full page

New installation of IE6 on XP SP1 after new HDD install, all fully patched
to date. In IE, when I right-click on a link and choose "Open in New
Window", the new window does not open in full page. I've tried dragging the
new window, closing instead of using the "X" but it STILL opens in a small
window. The original IE window is full size.

Any way to solve this?

That new opened windows stretched must be the last windows you close.

Close all the other IE pages and do the stretched last.
