Open Folder in Same Window no longer works

I added an option to edit folders by using File Types and
now the "Open Folder in Same Window" setting in Folder
Settings no longer works. It is checked but now all
double clicks on folders open up a new window.

I went into the registry and exported the key that was
made when I added the edit command and then deleted the
key for that added command. Still not working.

Any ideas?

Might as well put you thing back. It;s a bug in File Types dialog.

Try typing in Start Run
regsvr32 /i shell32

If that doesn't help export the Folder key and post it.

What is editing a folder? Did you mean folder or directory (File Folder).
