open existing web page

I'm trying to open an existing web page to edit, however I did not design the
page but I do have the password and name, how do I access the page for
editing?

If the web has FrontPage extensions installed you should be able to File | Open Web/Site (http://www.whatever.com) [and the Publish it down to your local hd. - optional, but recommended]
