Open directories/folders on start up

How can I get Outlook to open directories along with the Inbox on startup? I
want to have more than one directory to open up at startup.

What do you mean by "directory"? Do you mean a file system folder or an
Outlook folder? If the latter, open the second folder by right-clicking it
and choosing "Open in New Window". If that window is open when you close
Outlook, Outlook will remember and open it again the next time it starts.
