open a form without database window

i have a DB file with 3 forms and couple of tables and queries.
i want users to be able to open one of two forms, without seeing the
database window and the other tables & queries.
but i still want to be able to access the rest of the DB myself.
i tried using the STARTUP option from TOOLS, but if i choose to open a form
it only opens that form and i can't reach the other form.

is there a way to make two links, one to each form, so the users could
choose which of the two forms to access?

One way to do this would be to create a "main menu" form that gives the
users the choice of which form to open.
