Opcode 0x0018 (Win 2003/NT) problem

Hi all,

We're having a problem with our Windows 2003 AD and NT
clients. By problem I mean that the NT clients will not
connect to the domain. When we run NetMon, we see

1: Request for a DC
2: Reply saying 'Here I am'
3: SAM LOGON request

all of which are fine, then we get a NETLOGON Opcode
0x0018 being sent from the server to the client, at which
point it seems to stall for a couple of seconds and then
go back to step 1. It tries this three times and then you
get an error message on the NT machine saying that thee
domain is unavailable.

Any ideas anyone?
